Recovery plan P1 When sales slows or crashes

When I did my research for this, there was one of three things that was hampering business.

And the first one I'm going to talk about today is growth, growth of sales, growth of income.

And if you will income has dropped stagnated or collapsed, then this bit is for you.

And so what I thought I would do is break it down into this quick sections of three things.

When our growth is down, we want to, I have more positive signs that our sales are coming back, that our sales are stabilising.

That we can carry on doing business.

And to do that. I've identified three little, projects that can be broken down further to help us, make sure that we get our sales back.

The first thing we want to do is we want to make sure we up our client care.

Clients are the most valuable things in business besides our teams, of course, besides ourselves. but our clients are the most valuable thing.

They’re like gold, and we need to treat them better than gold.

And to do that, you just need to up your client care.

It can always be increased.

And a mindful of the story of Zappos, when, he offered to sell shoes to people... as many as they wanted, and he would pay for the shipping to return them.

Amazing.

And the rest is history.

He did amazingly well.

So let me leave you with that.
