Recovery Plan P3

On the third tip I have for stabilising sales falls... and maybe growing a little bit... and maybe growing a lot ...
...is to pivot and look at new product ss or services.
You want to look at how you deliver them. How you offer them,
How you put an offer together,
How you position the offer,
How you pivot what you're doing, how you change your delivery methods,
How you bundle different things together to meet the needs of the current situation for your customers and clients.
And of course, think of something completely new, you could offer them.
You know, if your business is shut down and you can't go to work, then what could you do instead?
To make income.
What other skills do you have?
And everyone has got skills.
No one has got no skills.
Everyone has got skills.
How can you use those skills to, to launch your new business, to get income for yourself and your family, to look after yourself and them?
And then of course the team and the wider community...
That's it for this one.
