📋 Reflecting on my week… August 11th

> 🏆 Wins:

My wins this week  were different to last week. This week I had two potential client calls, one from a referral, and one from my YouTube channel.

Like you, I love referrals because it demonstrates that you are offering a good service.

It was also good to see that my YouTube channels continue to provide leads, based on my demonstration of adding value for free, with the content I upload.

I also went out to lunch with one of my software suppliers, and identified that they have improved the software, which will help me improve the delivery of services to my clients.

We are willing truly in the digital age, and using all the tools at our disposal to help us deliver better services, is to be applauded.

In a very productive week, I also added two more Facebook ads to promote a coaching tester, for those business owners who have never experienced the benefits of a business coach specialising in helping them increase leads, sales and profits.

It went live yesterday, and I’m looking forward to seeing the results next week.

Onwards and upwards.

> 😓 Challenges:

My challenge this week was to get all my physical exercise routines in. With all the activity I was putting in to marketing the business, and communicating with clients and potentials.

My exercise output was down 15% this last week, and with a family party this weekend, I will not be able to make it up by tomorrow evening.

Another challenge I had was a conversation with one of my property managers, who explained that the previous agent let some of my property out to undesirables, who are damaging the property, and leaving a mess when they leave it, without notice.

When you rely on other professionals, you become aware of why we offer great service. I hate being led down by people I hire to help me, so I always look it over deliver, when people invest in my service.

This problem will put me back three months, in what I want to do with my property portfolio.

I would still rather have that than manage the portfolio on my own!

> 📚 Learnings:

This week I spent a bit of time learning more on Facebook ads.

I also continued to learn and implement the productivity program my coach introduced me to a few weeks ago. That is working very well.

I’m getting more done in a day, than I used to get done in a week.

The key principle here is how to treat your business day like a game. You must have the possibility of winning, and it must be fun.

In tennis, the players do not wait until the end of the match to feel good about winning.

They punch the air for virtually every point they win.

I find myself doing the same for all my little wins in every day.

It feels good,

> ⏳ Projects

I’m still creating a new module for The Profit Propeller Program, based on this new productivity system I am working on.

Having continued to experience significant wins myself, it is easy to recommend this to others.

Like everything I do, I have gone there first myself.

After all, why would I asked someone else to go where I have not been before.

This is not Star Trek. This is business.

People do not have unlimited budgets to test unproven strategies.

Next week I will continue to work on the project, which will probably take me to the end of the month.
