It relies on the system to run the business.

A systemised business, like McDonalds, is always more valuable than a normal burger joint where there are no systems.

And more fun to own.

Many businesses are always running, but are not going anywhere. When we are looking at working harder, as a way of growing our business, we can get stuck in a trap.

The trap is the  thinking that the harder you work, the more money you earn.

When I was running my business at the beginning, I had this thing that the harder I worked the better results I would get. 

The error of my ways began to dawn on me when I started working 7 days a week and not seeing my family...  I knew then that it was not the best way of running my business.
