I'm sure all of us think we offer a great service.

However, sometimes it is not as easy to see one's own shortcomings in your service or the service your team delivers to your clients or customers.

In this case, several different people in the team including the duty managers were aware of issues, never once communicated their awareness to me personally.

They missed an opportunity to improve their client delivery, and save their reputation.The hotel in question was forest hills hotel in Stirling in Scotland.
