In business, as in life, there is a lot to get done. That requires a healthy mind and a healthy body. There is much more out there than I can add in here. But I thought I would add three simple points to start with.
- drink more water throughout the day.
- get up off the chair every 15 minutes and move a little.
- eat light healthy foods during the day, to keep the blood flowing to your brain.
Putting these three into your daily routine will help you work better and think clearer. It certainly works for me.
